Week of December 18​

Changes Made​

  • Improved efficiency of the Chorus Integration on Privacy Requests.
  • Updated Encompass Integration to identify Loans (by data subject email) instead of Borrower Contacts.

Bugs Squashed​

  • Resolved an issue with input validation on the Segment Public integration that was causing Privacy Requests to stall.

Week of December 11​

Changes Made​

  • Updated Disconnected Notification Emails to include a direct link to affected connections.

Bugs Squashed​

  • Resolved an issue that caused the Salesloft integration to timeout on Privacy Requests.

Week of December 4​

Features Added​

  • Added a "Deny Request" button on Privacy Requests, which allows them to be closed from any workflow state, including "Pending Delete" and "Extracting Personal Data".

Changes Made​

  • Improved load time on System Inventory page.

Bugs Squashed​

  • Resolved an issue preventing some Salesforce fields from being anonymized correctly.
  • Resolved an issue preventing WooCommerce from successfully completing on Privacy Requests.
  • Resolved an issue causing the daily System Detection job to fail for some Okta integrations.
