Improvements

DataGrail Integration Network

Within the last month, the DataGrail team created 69 new Direct Contact integrations for customers. These integrations make it easier to support incoming privacy requests for all systems your business utilizes.

DataGrail integrations are available to all customers and can be connected from the Integrations page.

DGIN: Updated Integrations

  • AccessJob has been updated to run without error, allowing deletion requests to proceed
  • Outreach integration updated to make only necessary calls to the endpoints with the OAuth required scopes
  • If users have a Microsoft Priva account, then the API covers access and deletion requests for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams products

Bug Fixes

Request Manager

  • A few customers were periodically unable to submit intake forms. All intake forms can now be submitted without error.
  • Users can now click on Request Manager at the top of the page to go back to Request Manager instead of only clicking the back button.

Live Data Map

  • Some disabled accounts were still being screened when running system and user detection jobs. This has been fixed so disabled accounts are not being run against system and user detection jobs.

Risk Monitor

  • Risk Monitor assessment tables have been fixed to completely load.

Within the last month, the DataGrail team created 33 new Direct Contact integrations for customers. These integrations make supporting incoming privacy requests for all systems your business utilizes easier.

DataGrail integrations are available to all customers and can be connected from the Integrations page.

DGIN: Updated Integrations

  • Request details for an Access request are now sent to both the authorized agent and data subject
  • The correct redirect_URI was incorporated for the Constant Contact integration to correct the 400 Bad Request pop-up
  • Super Admin and Request Admin can now fulfill requests through an email intake form
  • Amplitude connection is now valid with both the Standard Server and EU Residency

  • Time formatting has been updated to display days instead of seconds under Request Velocity

  • Fixed an issue where email submitted DSRs were not passing through the email on the request

DGIN: Updated Integrations

  • Gong's updated integration can now find more data subjects and personal data from your employees
  • Envoy’s API now supports the latest OAuth version
  • Rippling is enabled for access and deletion.
  • Contacts can “unsubscribe” through Administrate. No further communication will occur and no data will be deleted.

  • Rippling is an HR solution that supports CPRA requests that come from employees. This API integration supports Access and Deletion.

In the last month, the DataGrail team has created 27 new Direct Contact integrations for customers. These integrations make it easy to fully support incoming privacy requests for all systems your business utilizes.

DGIN: Updated Integrations

  • Coupa, Administrate, and Slack have now been updated to support the latest OAuth versions.
  • Klaviyo has been updated to support their latest API integration.
  • Splash has incorporated an access token to help overall connectivity.

  • The Amplitude integration now has a EU residency server that can be used to better support organizations located in the EU.

Bug Fixes

Request Manager

  • Removed integrations no longer appear in the request details page and will not block active requests.
  • Log activity will now appear in a request detail page whenever a request is closed as non-responsive.

Live Data Map

  • The multi-select options and pre-filled answers now work in database seed.
  • The following fields have been readded to the .CSV System Inventory export: legal basis, purpose of processing, personal data categories, origin of personal data, and consent.
  • Adjustments have been made to the Up/Down arrows on the Inventory page table header so that they can be more easily viewed.

Risk Monitor

  • Both the Invite Contributor and Remove Contributor selections can now be selected from the assessment table.
  • You will now notice that changes are applied whenever you navigate between assessment pages.
