Week of February 26​

Changes Made​

• Moved to Cursor-based pagination for the Gorgias integration, due to the deprecation of Gorgias' offset-based pagination.

Bugs Squashed​

• Updated the Shopify Integration's deletion flow to utilize the Customer Data Erasure API when deleting customers with active subscriptions or recent purchases. This update resolves an issue preventing Shopify deletion from completing for some data subjects.

Week of February 19​

Features Added​

• Added a Calendly API Integration with access and deletion capabilities for automatic fulfillment of Privacy Requests.

Changes Made​

• Added Integration Disconnection Notifications for Live Data Map only customers.
• Moved Product Feedback button to the main sidebar.
• Improved handling of rate limiting with the Appsflyer Integration.
• Improved handling of rate limiting with the BazaarVoice Integration.
• Updated Privacy Request verification emails to only send one reminder 24 hours after submission.

Bugs Squashed​

• Resolved an issue preventing requests in "Extracting Identifiers" from being denied.
• Resolved an issue preventing conditional questions from showing in Risk Monitor exports.
• Resolved an issue preventing Eloqua from showing a "connected" status when properly configured.

Features Added​

• Updated the Segment Public integration to support access/deletion for collected users via the userId parameter.

Changes Made​

• Improved styling on active Inventory System Reports, so Business Processes are more identifiable.
• Added additional support for custom objects in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Bugs Squashed​

• Resolved an issue causing the "New Detected Systems" email notification to be blank or duplicative.
• Resolved an issue causing the Property ID parameter to be optional for Appsflyer connections.
• Resolved an issue causing some integrations to fail to initialize when Privacy Requests entered the "Pending Delete" state.

Week of January 29​

Changes Made​

• Added "Date Detected" as a column in the System Inventory export.
• Improved the reliability of removing integrations for customers with a high volume of Privacy Requests.

Bugs Squashed​

• Resolved an issue causing Salesforce access to fail for Contacts without Account Names.
• Resolved an issue causing the app to redirect to a 404 when a DNS/S Request was marked as complete.
• Resolved an issue in which some DNS/S requests were not able to be marked as complete manually.

• Improved deletion flow for "whole-record deletion" Integrations.
• Added user revalidation to the Amplitude Integration to increase reliability on deletion requests.

• Resolved an issue causing Direct Contact Integrations to expire prematurely on some Privacy Requests.
• Resolved an issue causing some Privacy Requests to stall in a "New Ticket" state.
• Resolved an issue causing inconsistent checkbox behavior when reviewing retrieved data files.
• Resolved an issue causing some users to be redirected to a 404 page on logout.

Week of January 15​

Features Added​

• Added support for the user_id and device_id identifiers with the Mixpanel Integration.

Changes Made​

• Migrated all Integration Connection Guides to the DataGrail Knowledgebase.
• Added capabilities and API specifications (when available) to Integration Connection Guides.

Bugs Squashed​

• Resolved an issue causing the Mode integration to incorrectly show as disconnected.
• Resolved an issue preventing deleted integrations from being removed from all active Privacy Requests.

Week of January 8​

Features Added​

• Released a new Bazaarvoice Integration, supporting access and deletion, using the V1 Bazaarvoice PrivacyAPI.

Bugs Squashed​

• Resolved an issue preventing new systems from being sourced via Azure System Detection.
• Resolved a UI issue showing invalid buttons within the Privacy Request Details page.

Week of January 1​

• Added capabilities for provisioning DataGrail roles via Okta groups.
• Added the ability to define a default role for new users.

• Improved handling of rate limiting for integrations on privacy requests.
• Removed the sub-region dropdown on intake forms for sub-regions that are not specifically tied to a Request Policy.
• Updated the name of the Segment Profiles integration to Segment Engage & Unify.

• Fixed an issue in which the Typeform would fail on some Privacy Requests.
• Fixed an issue in which Azure Active Directory would be rate limited and fail to retrieve all data for System Detection.

Week of October 23​

Changes Made​

• Improved the reliability of the Google Apps Integration when pulling System Detection data.
• Improved reliability of the Discourse Integration on Privacy Requests.
• Updated the Intercom Integration to avoid rate limiting when pulling System Detection data.

Bugs Squashed​

• Fixed Contributors Table content alignment and Assessment title overflow in Risk Monitor.
• Fixed an issue in which the Fullstory Integration would error for non-standard data subject emails.

Week of October 16​

Changes Made​

• Direct Contact Integrations are no longer seperate from API Integrations. Direct Contact Capabilities can now be configured for any integration.
• On active Privacy Requests, users can now upload files to expired Direct Contact Integrations directly through the app.
• Reduced the number of API calls made to Wufoo for access requests.

Bugs Squashed​

• Resolved an issue in which some parent Internal Systems Integrations incorrectly showed as disconnected.
• Resolved an issue which the "Date Detected" in the System Inventory was not displaying correctly.
