Capabilities
DataGrail's Arity integration provides the following capabilities:

Before You Start
To successfully configure this integration, please ensure you have sufficient privileges:
- DataGrail User Role: Super Admin, Connections Manager
- Arity User Role: Admin
Connect to DataGrail
If you are enabling the Access capability, you must first connect an AWS S3 integration. Arity delivers access request data to an S3 bucket, and DataGrail reads from it to fulfill requests.
- In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for Arity.
- Enter the Client ID and Client Secret. Your Client ID and Client Secret have already been created and approved by Arity, and will be provided to you.
- If enabling Access requests, also enter the following fields provided by Arity:
- Org ID — your Arity organization identifier (e.g.,
partner-prod) - S3 Bucket — the S3 bucket where Arity delivers access request data (e.g.,
partner-arity-deliverables) - S3 Prefix/Directory — the path prefix within the bucket (e.g.,
arity-disclosure)
- Org ID — your Arity organization identifier (e.g.,
- Select Configure Integration.

Troubleshooting
If you are unable to successfully connect the integration, review these common troubleshooting steps:
Ensure Required Permissions Are Granted on API Keys/Resources
DataGrail checks required permissions and scopes on API keys/resources used by each integration. If all necessary permissions are not granted, new connections will fail.
Review Required Account Types and User Roles
If users do not have the necessary permissions or the minimum required user role in the connecting system, the connection to DataGrail will fail. Additionally, connections will fail if your account type does not match the one required by the integration.
See Before You Start to review these requirements.
