Integrating Centercode
Capabilities
DataGrail's Centercode integration provides the following capabilities:

Before You Start
To successfully configure this integration, please ensure you have sufficient privileges:
- DataGrail User Role: Super Admin, Connections Manager
- Centercode User Role: Admin
Get Centercode API Key and Domain
- Log in to Centercode.
- After logging in, check the URL and copy your Domain. For example, if the URL is
https://mycompany.centercode.com, then your Domain will bemycompany - In the Management Panel, select Community Tools, then under Setup select Configuration.
- Under Advanced Configuration, select API Keys.
- Select Create an API Key.
- Enter a key Name (e.g. "DataGrail") and select Submit.
- Copy your API Key and store it in a secure, temporary location.
Create Centercode Record Lookup for Access Requests
- In the Management Panel, select Community Tools, then under Analytics select Reports.
- Under Report Management, select Create a Report Element.
- In the Choose A Datasource dropdown, select User Account.
- Under Select Your Data, select User Account in the dropdown.
- Select all of the following fields, then select Add to View:

- Under Select Your Data, update User Account to Community User Profiles and select About Me in the dropdown to the right.
- Select all of the following fields, then select Add to View:

- Under Select Your Data, update About Me to Contact Information.
- Select all of the following fields, then select Add to View:

Create a Report Configuration
- Title:
DataGrail Privacy Request(this can be anything you want) - Team: Select all Community Managers and Internal Members
- Refresh Interval:

Create Centercode Listener for Deletion Requests
- In the Management Panel under Administration, select Community Tools and then Users.
- Select User Automation.
- Select Create an External Listener, and then configure it with the following:

API Key: use the API Key created earlier ("DataGrail")
- Select Submit.
Connect to DataGrail
- In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for Centercode.
- Enter the API Key and Domain copied in the previous steps.
- Select your desired Asynchronous Deletion Behavior.
Centercode Deletion Behavior Configuration
Mark integration as complete when a deletion request is successfully submitted: The Centercode Integration will be marked as "complete" as soon as the deletion request is submitted to Centercode.
Continue processing until the deletion request is completed (default behavior): The Centercode Integration will show a "processing" status until the Centercode deletion is complete.
- Select Configure Integration.

Troubleshooting
If you are unable to successfully connect the integration, review these common troubleshooting steps:
Ensure Required Permissions Are Granted on API Keys/Resources
DataGrail checks required permissions and scopes on API keys/resources used by each integration. If all necessary permissions are not granted, new connections will fail.
Review Required Account Types and User Roles
If users do not have the necessary permissions or the minimum required user role in the connecting system, the connection to DataGrail will fail. Additionally, connections will fail if your account type does not match the one required by the integration.
