Integrating EBizCharge

DataGrail’s EBizCharge Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

  • Identify Data Subject PII stored in EBizCharge for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
  • Delete Data Subject PII stored in EBizCharge for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

Step 1: Gather Credentials​

  1. In order to connect EBizCharge, you will need the following account information:
    1. User ID
    2. Security ID
    3. Password
  2. If you do not already have this information, you can retrieve it by contacting customer support at support@centurybizsolutions.com or calling 1-888-500-7798

Step 2: Connect EBizCharge​

  1. Return to DataGrail (should already be open in separate tab)

  2. Locate EBizCharge and click Connect

  3. Enter the API User ID, API Security ID, and the API Password

  4. Finally, click Connect EBizCharge

  5. When connected, a green check mark will then appear on the EBizCharge integration tile

In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions
