Integrating eMaximation (Naranga)
DataGrail’s eMaximation Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in eMaximation for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in eMaximation for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
**Note: if you do not have admin rights in eMaximation you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your eMaximation Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Get eMaximation API Credentials
A Client ID, Client Secret, Username, Password, User Email and Company ID are needed to access eMaximation API.
- Client ID, Client Secret, Username, Password, Company ID are obtained by contacting eMax Support (send an email to
help@naranga.com) - Use your eMax login email as User Email.

NOTE: In most cases Username and Password required for API access are the same as eMax login credentials.
Step 2: Connect eMaximation

Return to DataGrail (window should be open in separate tab).

Click Connect within the Integration page for eMaximation.

Enter Client ID, Client Secret, Username, Password, User Email, Company ID. obtained from Step 1.

Click Connect eMaximation

If there are additional eMaximation accounts to integrate follow these instructions:

Click Edit Connection within the Integration page for eMaximation.

From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection.

Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account (ex: eMaximation Training Account).

Repeat Step 1 to copy Client ID, Client Secret, Username, Password, User Email, Company ID. for this new account.

Enter Client ID, Client Secret, Username, Password, User Email, Company ID.

Click Connect.

In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions
