Integrating Hyperwallet

DataGrail’s Hyperwallet Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

  • Identify Data Subject PII stored in Hyperwallet for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
  • Delete Data Subject PII stored in Hyperwallet for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

**Note: if you do not have admin rights in Hyperwallet you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Hyperwallet Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Access Hyperwallet API Credentials​

  1. Log in to Hyperwallet
  2. Click on the user name in the top-right corner and select My Profile
  3. On the left menu, choose Credentials
  4. Temporarily copy the API Username and API Password for your program in a secure location

Step 2: Connect Hyperwallet​

  1. Return to DataGrail (window should be open in separate tab)

  2. Enter the Credentials obtained from Step 1

  3. Click Connect Hyperwallet
