Integrating inSided

DataGrail’s Insided Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

• Identify Data Subject PII stored in Insided for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
• Delete Data Subject PII stored in Insided for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

**Note: if you do not have admin rights in inSided you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your inSided Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Configure inSided OAuth Application

1. Log in to inSided with your account.
2. Click the Integrations icon from the left side menu.
3. Click on API.

4. In the OAuth2 section enter an Application name and click Create on OAuth2 client button.

5. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret temporarily in a secure location.

6. Keep in mind your Region.

Step 2: Connect inSided

1. In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for .
2. Click Configure New Integration button.

3. Enter the inSided integration name in the search line.
4. Click the Configure button.

5. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret obtained from Step 1.
6. Select the Region.

7. Click Connect.
8. After successful authorization on inSided you will be redirected back to DataGrail.

9. If there are additional inSided accounts to integrate follow these instructions:
10. 1. Click Edit Connection within the Integration page for inSided.

11. From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection.
12. Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account [ex: inSided Training Account].
13. Repeat Step 1 to copy Client ID and Client Secret for this new account.
14. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret.
15. Select the Region.
16. Click Connect.

17. In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions
