Integrating Mindbody

DataGrail’s Mindbody Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

• Identify Data Subject PII stored in Mindbody for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

If you do not have admin rights in Mindbody you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Mindbody Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Configure Mindbody API Client

1. Log in to your Mindbody Developer Account.

2. Select Account from the top right menu, then API Credentials from the left menu.

3. Click Create new API Key

4. Enter App Name and click Create

5. Click Show to display the API key. Copy and store it securely.

6. Please note that you also need the following information: Site ID - the ID of the business (site) your application is integrating with, Username and Password - business staff credentials. Please refer to the documentation for details.

Step 2: Connect Mindbody

1. Return to DataGrail (window should be open in a separate tab).

2. Click Connect within the Integration page for Mindbody.

3. Enter API Key, Site ID, App Name, Username and Password obtained from Step 1.

4. Optionally, select Outbound Deletion to configure deletion through the outbound process:

   1. Add Processor Email. This is the email that will receive the privacy request.
   2. Optionally, add additional information to help the processor validate the privacy request:
      1. Account ID: your Account ID in the system
      2. Account Name: your Account Name in the system
      3. Notes: any notes that you'd like to send to the processor regarding the privacy request.

5. Click Connect
