Integrating Oracle HCM
DataGrail’s Oracle HCM Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Oracle HCM for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in Oracle HCM for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
**Note: if you do not have admin rights in Oracle HCM you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Oracle HCM Admin for assistance.
Step 1. Get API Credentials
You can find the Username, Password and REST Server Name in the welcome email sent to your Oracle Cloud service administrator.
Step 2. Connect Oracle HCM

Go to DataGrail.

Click Configure New Integration button.

Enter the Oracle HCM integration name in the search line.

Click the Configure button.

- Enter Integration Name (e.g: 'Oracle HCM')

- Enter Username, Password and Server Name.
(Server Name (REST Server URL), Username, and Password you can find in the welcome email sent to your Oracle Cloud service administrator.)

- Optionally, enable Deletion capability for Direct Contact Deletion to configure deletion through the Direct Contact process:
- Add Direct Contact Email. This is the email that will receive the privacy request.
- Optionally, add additional information to help the processor validate the privacy request:

- Account Name: your Account Name in the system
- Account ID: your Account ID in the system
- Instructions for Recipient: Include any instructions, notes, or information that’s useful for the recipient.

Click the Configure Integration button.

After successful authorization you will be redirected back to DataGrail.

If there are additional Oracle HCM accounts to integrate, repeat the steps above.

In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Edit Integration to complete the configuration and reference the View Connection Instruction link for instructions.
