Integrating Pendo Feedback

DataGrail’s Pendo Feedback Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

  • Identify Data Subject PII stored in Pendo Feedback for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
  • Delete Data Subject PII stored in Pendo Feedback for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

If you do not have admin rights in Pendo Feedback you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Pendo Feedback Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Get Pendo Feedback API Key

  1. Log in to Pendo Feedback application with your admin account.
  2. Get your Data center Location from the URL (US or EU).
  3. Navigate to the Settings
  4. Generate an API Key.
  5. Copy your API Key and store it securely.

Step 2: Connect Pendo Feedback

  1. Log in to DataGrail.
  2. Click the Configure New Integration within the Integration page and search for Pendo Feedback.
  3. Click the Configure button.

  1. Enter integration name (e.g. Pendo Feedback).
  2. Enable required capabilities. See Connecting Integrations to DataGrail
  3. Optionally, enable Direct Contact for access and fill the Direct Contact Settings form to configure the Direct Contact process: See Direct Contact Integration Explained
  4. Enter API Key and select Data center Location obtained from Step 1.

  1. Click the Configure Integration button.
  2. If you have additional Pendo Feedback accounts to integrate, repeat the steps above.
  3. In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the View Connection Instructions link for instructions
