Integrating Postcall
DataGrail’s Postcall Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Postcall for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in Postcall for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
**Note: if you do not have admin rights in Postcall you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Postcall Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Get Postcall API Credentials

Navigate to your Postcall Dashboard with your account

Click on the User name in the top right corner and open Settings

Scroll down to API access and click Create new token button

- Copy your Token temporarily in a secure place

Step 2: Connect Postcall
- Log in to DataGrail
- Click Configure New Integration button

- Enter the Postcall integration name in the search line
- Click the Configure button

- Enter the API Key obtained from Step 1

Click Save Connection

If there are additional Postcall accounts to integrate follow these instructions:
- Click Edit within the Integration page for Postcall

- From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection
- Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account (ex: Postcall Training Account)
- Enter the API Key obtained from Step 1
- Click Save Connection

- In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions
