Integrating RealPage

DataGrail’s RealPage Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

  • Identify Data Subject PII stored in RealPage for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

If you do not have admin rights in RealPage you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your RealPage Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Collect RealPage Company Identifiers​

  1. Collect unique company identifier PMC ID.

If you don’t know how to collect an identifier, please contact your RealPage Admin for assistance.

Step 2: Connect RealPage​

  1. Return to DataGrail

  2. Click Connect within the Integration page for RealPage.

  1. Enter PMC ID obtained from Step 1

  2. Optionally, select Outbound Deletion to configure deletion through the outbound process:

    1. Add Processor Email. This is the email that will receive the privacy request.
    2. Optionally, add additional information to help the processor validate the privacy request:
      1. Account ID: your Account ID in the system
      2. Account Name: your Account Name in the system
      3. Notes: any notes that you'd like to send to the processor regarding the privacy request.

  3. Click Connect >RealPage.
