Integrating SiteJabber

DataGrail’s SiteJabber Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

  • Identify Data Subject PII stored in SiteJabber for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
  • Delete Data Subject PII stored in SiteJabber for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

**Note: if you do not have admin rights in SiteJabber you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your SiteJabber Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Get SiteJabber API Credentials

  1. Log in to your SiteJabber account to check your Email and Password.

  2. Check and copy your Domain in the left top of the dashboard.

  3. Contact SiteJabber Support to get an API Key.

Step 2: Connect SiteJabber

  1. Return to DataGrail (window should be opened in a separate tab).

  2. Click Connect within the Integration page for SiteJabber.

  3. Enter the API Key, Email, Password and Domain obtained on Step 1.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. If there are additional SiteJabber accounts to integrate follow these instructions:

    1. Click Edit Connection within the Integration page for SiteJabber.

    2. From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection.

    3. Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account (ex: SiteJabber Training Account).

    4. Repeat Step 1 to obtain API Key, Email, Password and Domain for this new account.

    5. Enter API Key, Username, Password and Domain.

    6. Click Connect.

  6. In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions
