Integrating Teamwork CRM
DataGrail’s Teamwork CRM Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Teamwork CRM for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in Teamwork CRM for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
If you do not have admin rights in Teamwork CRM you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Teamwork CRM Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Configure Teamwork CRM API Application

Log in to Teamwork CRM with your account.

Check the URL when you are logged in to the application to get your account Domain.

Sign up and log in to the Teamwork Development Portal

Click on the Create an app button.

Configure your application with:
- Name: DataGrail
- Product: CRM
- Authorized Redirect URI:
https://datagrail.io/oauth/teamwork_crm

Click on the Create App button.

Click on the DataGrail application and switch to the Credentials bookmark.

Copy your Client ID and Client Secret.
Step 2: Connect Teamwork CRM

In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for .

Click Connect within the Integration page for Teamwork CRM.

Enter Client ID, Client Secret and Domain obtained from Step 1.

Optionally, select Outbound Deletion to configure deletion through the outbound process:
- Add Processor Email. This is the email that will receive the privacy request.
- Optionally, add additional information to help the processor validate the privacy request:
- Account ID: your Account ID in the system
- Account Name: your Account Name in the system
- Notes: any notes that you'd like to send to the processor regarding the privacy request.

Click Connect

Click on the Allow button to allow DataGrail access to your Teamwork CRM data.

After successful authorization you will be redirected back to DataGrail.
