Integrating Tito
DataGrail’s Tito Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Tito for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in Tito for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
If you do not have admin rights in Tito you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Tito Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Configure Tito API Application
- Log in to Tito Dashboard with your account.
- Click on the username drop down located in the top-right, then click on API access.

- Click on the Generate New Token button.

- Select the next access token options:
- Test mode OFF
- Secret Key
- Version 3.0
- Click on the Create button.

- Copy your Secret Token.

Select Account Settings of your account.

Copy your Account slug from the URL.
Step 2: Connect Tito
- Log in to DataGrail.
- Click Configure New Integration button.

- Enter the Tito integration name in the search line.

- Click the Configure button.
- Enter Secret Token and Account obtained from Step 1.

- Optionally, select Outbound Deletion to configure deletion through the Direct Contact process:
- Add Processor Email. This is the email that will receive the privacy request.
- Optionally,add additional information to help the processor validate the privacy request:
- Account ID: your Account ID in the system
- Account Name: your Account Name in the system
- Notes: any notes that you'd like to send to the processor regarding the privacy request.

- Click Connect.
- After successful authorization you will be redirected back to DataGrail.

- If there are additional Tito accounts to integrate follow these instructions:

Click Edit Connection within the Integration page for Tito.

From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection.

Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account (ex: Tito Training Account).

Enter Secret Token and Account obtained from Step 1.

Click Connect.

- In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions.
