Integrating Volumental
DataGrail’s Volumental Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Volumental for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in Volumental for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
Step 1: Get Volumental API
-
Log in to the Volumental FitTech Developer Portal with your account.
-
Go to API Reference > Authentication > Authenticate page.
-
Copy your Client ID and Client Secret.

-
Go to API Reference > Profile page.
-
Copy your Tenant.

The set of permissions is set up when the top organization is created in Volumental systems. When a user logs in the portal, the list of permission are gathered based on the organization the user is under. It is important to note that the list of permission is not a static: if needed, a new permission can be added to the organization.
If you do not have API permission in Volumental you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Volumental Admin for assistance.

Click Configure New Integration within the Integration page and search for Volumental.
