Integrating Webhook

Capabilities

DataGrail's Webhook integration provides the following capabilities:

Before You Start

To successfully configure this integration, please ensure you have sufficient privileges:

• DataGrail User Role: Super Admin, Connections Manager
• Webhook User Role: Admin

Connect to DataGrail

1. In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for Webhook Integration.
2. Enter the Webhook Endpoint URL.
3. Select Generate Secret.
4. Copy the Webhook Secret and store it in a secure location.
5. Add Webhook Secret to your DataGrail webhook processing configuration.
6. Choose your desired Reminder Frequency.
7. (Optional) If you enabled the Readiness Check capability, configure the following additional settings:
   • Enter a Question Label — the text that appears as the question field in the webhook payload.
   • (Optional) Enter a Description for the readiness check to provide context for your team.
   • Enter Option 1 — the first answer option (e.g., Yes).
   • Enter Option 2 — the second answer option (e.g., No).
8. Select Configure Integration.
