Integrating Wix

DataGrail’s Wix Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:

• Identify Data Subject PII stored in Wix for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
• Delete Data Subject PII stored in Wix for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.

**Note: if you do not have admin rights in Wix you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Wix Admin for assistance.

Step 1: Create a Wix OAuth Application

1. Log in to your Wix Developers account.
2. Go to My Apps and click on the Create New App link.

3. Add application name and click on the Set Up OAuth link.

4. Copy your App ID and App Secret Key.

5. Add Redirect URL: https://datagrail.io/oauth/wix and click on Save link.

6. Click on the Add permissions link, and add the following permissions:

   1. Contact & Members
      1. Manage Contacts
      2. Manage Members
   2. Wix Payments
      1. Read Transactions
   3. Wix Stores
      1. Read Orders
   4. Wix Events
      1. Read Events
      2. Read Basic Events Order Info
      3. Read Event Tickets and Guest List
   5. Wix Bookings
      1. Read Bookings - Including Participants

Step 2: Connect Wix

1. Log in to your Wix account.

2. Return to DataGrail (should already be opened in a separate tab).

   

3. Click Connect.

4. Please scroll down and click Allow and Add button to grant permissions for your application.

   

5. After that, you will be redirected back to DataGrail where you will see that the connection was successfully completed.

   

6. If there are additional Wix accounts to integrate follow these instructions:

   1. Click Edit Connection within the Integration page for Wix.

      

   2. From the drop-down, select +Add New Connection.

   3. Under Connection Name, enter a new name to identify this separate account (ex: Wix Training Account).

   4. Repeat Step 1.

   

7. In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected (no green check mark) please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the Help Docs link for instructions
