Integrating Wrike
DataGrail’s Wrike Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Wrike for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
If you do not have admin rights in Wrike you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Wrike Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Create a Wrike API Key

Log in to Wrike with your account.

Click on your account icon on the left menu.

Click on Apps & Integrations.

Go to the API tab.

In the newly opened window add App name and click the Create new button.

Add App description.

Add Redirect URI:
https://datagrail.io/oauth/wrike -
Copy Client ID and Client secret keys and store it in a secure location.

Scroll down and click the Save button.
Step 2: Connect Wrike

In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for .

Click the Configure New Integration button.

Enter the Wrike integration name in the search line.

Click the Configure button.

Enter Integration Name (e.g: Wrike)

Enable API Access Automation (Deletion request won't be sent to the Direct contact, unless data is discovered via API Access)

Optionally, configure the Direct Contact capability:
- Add Processor Email. This is the email that will receive the privacy request.
- Optionally, add additional information to help the processor validate the privacy request:
- Account ID: your Account ID in the system
- Account Name: your Account Name in the system
- Notes: any notes that you'd like to send to the processor regarding the privacy request.

Click Login to Configure.

Please note, that DataGrail Wrike integration requires the following OAuth scopes:
Default, wsReadOnly, amReadOnlyInvitation
