Integrating Zoho CRM
DataGrail’s Zoho CRM Integration provides data mapping and privacy request functionality allowing your business to do the following:
- Identify Data Subject PII stored in Zoho CRM for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
- Delete Data Subject PII stored in Zoho CRM for automatic fulfillment of privacy requests.
If you do not have admin rights in Zoho CRM you will not be able to complete this integration. Please contact your Zoho CRM Admin for assistance.
Step 1: Configure Zoho CRM API Client

Go to Zoho API Console

Click on ADD CLIENT to create the new Server-based Application

Configure your client with:
- Client Type:
Server-based Application - Client Name:
DataGrail - Homepage URL:
https://datagrail.io - Authorized Redirect URIs:
https://datagrail.io/oauth/zoho_crm
- Client Type:

Copy your Client ID and Client Secret.

Optionally, enable multi data center support.
Step 2: Connect Zoho CRM

In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for .

Click Configure New Integration within the Integration page and search for Zoho CRM.

Enable required capabilities. See Connecting Integrations to DataGrail

Optionally, enable Direct Contact for an access and/or deletion and fill the Direct Contact Settings form to configure the Direct Contact process: See Direct Contact Integration Explained

Enter Client ID and Client Secret obtained on the Step 1.

Select Account Domain.

Click Login to Configure button.

Click on the Accept button to allow DataGrail access to your data. DataGrail Zoho CRM integration requires the following OAuth scopes:
ZohoCRM.users.ALLZohoCRM.org.ALLZohoCRM.modules.ALL

After successful authorization you will be redirected back to DataGrail.

If you have additional Zoho CRM accounts to integrate, repeat the steps above.

In DataGrail, if you have any other integrations not connected please click Connect to complete the configuration and reference the View Connection Instructions link for instructions
