Custom Direct Contact Integrations

In the event that your organization utilizes a system that is not natively supported by DataGrail, you can create a Custom Direct Contact Integration to facilitate Privacy Requests. Custom Direct Contact Integrations function the same way as standard Direct Contact Integrations so please refer to the Direct Contact Overview for more information on how these integrations work.

Create a Custom Direct Contact Integration​

To create a Custom Direct Contact Integration, navigate to the integrations page and add an integration as you normally would.

  1. In DataGrail, navigate to Integrations and select Configure New Integration to search for Custom Direct Contact.

  1. Complete the Direct Contact Configuration.
