Integration Types
DataGrail utilizes three types of Integrations:
- API Integrations: An API establishes a direct link between two or more applications, enabling automated data exchange between systems. DataGrail collaborates with numerous companies to create connections to their publicly available APIs, facilitating tasks such as data extraction, deletion, and discovery.
- Internal Systems Integrations: Internal Systems Integrations allow you to programmatically include first-party data systems on your Privacy Requests, automating access and deletion against your bespoke systems.
- Direct Contact Integrations: A Direct Contact Integration is an integrated email workflow that includes internal or external parties to process requests and can be connected for vendors without an API or for customers that prefer an alternate option to a fully automated approach.
