Inviting New Users with PingOne

Inviting a new user to DataGrail with PingOne is as easy as adding a user to the DataGrail group within PingOne. Contact your PingOne administrator requesting access to the DataGrail application and they will be able to get the new user added

To complete this, a PingOne administrator at your company will need to login to PingOne, go to Users >> User Directory >> Users and click edit on the user to add. Under group membership, the admin can add this user to the DataGrail application group.

Once added, they'll be able to login to DataGrail using their PingOne account. New users will be assigned a default user role. Learn more about managing roles and permissions in DataGrail here.
