File Upload

DataGrail offers multiple methods for manually uploading data on a Privacy Request.

Direct Contact Integrations

Direct Contact Processors have the opportunity to upload Data Subject PII on the direct contact form emailed to them on Access Requests in a valid state.

Allowed File Types:

.tsv, .csv, .json, .pdf, .txt, .xml, .xls, .xlsx

Total Combined Upload Limit: 200MB

Miscellaneous Files

The Miscellaneous Files item in the Integrations List on Access Requests in the Extracting Personal Data and Pending Action states, allowing internal users to upload data directly through the app.

This functionality is available for the following user roles: Super Admin, Request Admin, and Request Agent

Allowed File Types:

.tsv, .csv, .json, .pdf, .txt, .xml, .xls, .xlsx, .zip

Total Combined Upload Limit: 200MB
