Automations allow customers can create workflows to programmatically define how each phase of a data subject request is processed. Workflows can be set for each phase of request processing. Workflows are driven by the ability for customers to define conditional sets for requests that can branch and add actions, such as selecting which integrations process, or how they process, and setting specific actions that need to occur for different processes.

Zero-Click Wizard allows customers to configure their workflow from manual intervention when deleting PII from API integrations, to automating it. Some customers have such significant volume that an individual or even teams are burdened with manually approving which data files to delete for each request and this process reduces time spent and internal cost.
