The use of a storage solution allows DataGrail to send the data collected for a Privacy Request to a designated location on our customer's instance.

DataGrail utilizes Single Sign On providers to allow access to each customer-facing DataGrail portal. In utilizing these Single Sign On providers, DataGrail does not store any login information for our customers within our own system.

To communicate with requesters from your dedicated privacy@ email alias, the DataGrail Platform will integrate with your Transactional Email system.
