When a new system is added to the System Inventory, it will be associated with the "General" Business Process by default; however, you may add additional Business Processes to capture your unique use cases for the system.

Our goal is to help you understand where privacy risk lives across your organization through ongoing system detection, surfacing PII risk and allowing you to capture the measures in place to manage that risk.
The new System Profile Page (previously Inventory System Report) is a home base for systems, where you can leverage a variety of capabilities including managing business processes and use cases, risk assessments, and more!
