Direct Contact Permission Groups

Within the DataGrail Platform, Direct Contact (email based) integrations can be configured to require Single Sign On, and additionally require the user to have a Permission Group.

Google SSO

If your organization utilizes Google SSO to access DataGrail, invites can all be sent from within the DataGrail platform.

Microsoft Entra ID

Inviting a new user to DataGrail with Microsoft Entra ID is as easy as adding users to the DataGrail application within Entra ID. Contact your Azure AD administrator requesting access to the DataGrail application and they will be able to get the new user added.

Microsoft SSO

Inviting a new user to DataGrail with Okta is as easy as assigning the DataGrail application to the user within Okta. Contact your Okta administrator requesting access to the DataGrail application and they will be able to get the new user added.

OneLogin SSO

Inviting a new user to DataGrail with OneLogin is as easy as assigning the DataGrail application to the user within OneLogin. Contact your OneLogin administrator requesting access to the DataGrail application and they will be able to get the new user added.

PingOne

Inviting a new user to DataGrail with PingOne is as easy as adding a user to the DataGrail group within PingOne. Contact your PingOne administrator requesting access to the DataGrail application and they will be able to get the new user added

Users and Roles

Within the DataGrail Platform, Super Admins are able to see the list of their company's Users that have logged into the DataGrail platform. This list can be seen after logging into the DataGrail and clicking on Settings in the left navigation bar.
