PRODUCT UPDATE

Get Ahead of Risk

We’re thrilled to announce new ways to use Risk Monitor to manage assessments. These updates put your team in control of business risk while automating manual processes and applying accurate workflows.

Beyond general UX and quality-of-life improvements, our team listened to your feedback to tackle more use cases, enhance workflows for assessment administrators, and deepen collaboration.

  1. Workflow Tracking and Assessment Lifecycle: Identify workflow status and set assessment due and renewal dates.
  2. Multiple Systems: Pull unlimited systems into a single assessment to further automate workflows.
  3. Contributors and Live Collaboration: Complete assessments accurately by including unlimited collaborators on any assessment in real time.

Within the last month, the DataGrail team created 42 new Direct Contact integrations for customers. These integrations make it easier to support incoming privacy requests for all systems your business utilizes.

DataGrail integrations are available to all customers and can be connected from the Integrations page.
