DataGrail Integration Network

Within the last month, the DataGrail team created 69 new Direct Contact integrations for customers. These integrations make it easier to support incoming privacy requests for all systems your business utilizes.

DataGrail integrations are available to all customers and can be connected from the Integrations page.

DGIN: Updated Integrations

  • AccessJob has been updated to run without error, allowing deletion requests to proceed
  • Outreach integration updated to make only necessary calls to the endpoints with the OAuth required scopes
  • If users have a Microsoft Priva account, then the API covers access and deletion requests for Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams products

Need an integration and can’t find it in DataGrail? Let us know at support@datagrail.io

Bug Fixes

Request Manager

  • A few customers were periodically unable to submit intake forms. All intake forms can now be submitted without error.
  • Users can now click on Request Manager at the top of the page to go back to Request Manager instead of only clicking the back button.

Live Data Map

  • Some disabled accounts were still being screened when running system and user detection jobs. This has been fixed so disabled accounts are not being run against system and user detection jobs.

Risk Monitor

  • Risk Monitor assessment tables have been fixed to completely load.
