Impending Legislation

As new legislation is introduced, we know the importance of understanding how upcoming changes will impact your organization and how you can prepare. The Impending Legislation feature aims to keep you updated about upcoming legislation changes that could affect your organization and help you take action with the DataGrail platform. Datagrail will provide you with the resources and collateral to ensure your organization is ready for any new legislation.

DSR Intake Form updates

The current DSR form is a single form that uses information passed through to the form to manage which request policy the DSR falls under and passes over customer information. Currently there is a single for that is mostly used among users.

With the DSR Intake Form updates, you’ll have greater control over the DSR submission experience through either a self-service configuration form or a fully customized web page using a public API to manage the intake of DSRs.

Managed Services

DataGrail is introducing Managed Services to make your data privacy program even easier to run. This offering provides a dedicated privacy manager to handle customer DSRs and project management services for conducting annual data mapping exercises.

Improvements

DataGrail Integration Network

Within the last month, the DataGrail team created 89 new Direct Contact integrations for customers. These integrations make it easier to support incoming privacy requests for all systems your business utilizes.

DataGrail integrations are available to all customers and can be connected from the Integrations page.

DGIN: Updated Integrations

• Apollo.io integration
  • For deletion workflow, Apollo customers who want their data removed can visit this dedicated landing page and enter their professional email address. If the person doesn’t have access to that email address for any reason, they can submit a direct email with the information they want to remove and the link to their profile inside of Apollo to privacy@apollo.
• “System Detection” is checked and capabilities in the table match the view
