How Do I Connect My Internal System to DataGrail?

DataGrail can integrate with any Internal System regardless of risk profile or engineering capabilities.

DataGrail utilizes the following three options when approaching this Integration:

  1. To Install the DataGrail API Agent in a Customer’s Infrastructure
  2. Use Direct Contact Connection Method for those with Low Volume of DSRs
  3. Provide API Specs to the Customer & they can build the API themselves.

To Install the DataGrail API Agent in a Customer’s Infrastructure​

DataGrail API Agent can be installed in your infrastructure. The API will handle communication between the DataGrail Application and your Internal Data Systems via a REST API interface.

Use Direct Contact Connection Method for those with Low Volume of DSRs​

DataGrail will streamline the process from user submission into a workflow, with an automated email going to the internal system owner to manually delete the data.

Provide API Specs to the Customer & they can build the API themselves.​

Build and deploy the DataGrail API yourself and deploy in your infrastructure to connect to any and all internal systems - DataGrail will provide the specs and your engineering team carries out the build.
