Editing PII Data Files

Can I Make Changes to a File After the Data has been Extracted?​

Access Requests: Yes, to edit a record click the system name and then the pencil icon on the right side. Double click the field to adjust and click save. To remove a field click the garbage icon.

Deletion Requests: To exclude data from being deleted, you can use the checkboxes next to the individual files on the portal ticket:

Records that are 'checked' will be deleted when the privacy request is processed and records that are not 'checked' will be skipped and not deleted. Individual fields within those records cannot be removed or changed on a deletion request.
