Request Assignment within Request Manager

Request Assignment is a Request Manager feature that allows organizations to manage and track the assignment of their Data Subject Requests across DataGrail team members.

Organizations may want to use this in a number of use cases. For example, an organization receives a large volume of requests they can assign requests to specific users to see through the requests successful processing ensuring that no requests are unaccounted for and that all are assigned.

While viewing a Request, assignments are made by clicking on the pencil at the top-left.

Assignees are notified via email that they have a new request assigned to them or when a request is reassigned to a new user.

Finally, the queue can be filtered to view requests assigned to specific assignees

with a quick click option to filter all requests that are assigned to you by using the Assigned to Me filter
